Payment:
We accept all major credit cards. Payment can be made via PayPal, or should you prefer you can reserve your item by sending us an email order and then send a cheque, payable to SAILFISH SILVER JEWELLERY or postal order to SAILFISH SILVER JEWELLERY, 4 Paddock Close, Wilberfoss, York YO41 5LX.

Goods remain the property of SAILFISH SILVER JEWELLERY until paid for in full.

Guarantee:
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not happy with any product purchased from us, simply return it for a full refund, enclosing a note stating the reason for its return. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In accordance with the european directive on distance selling and Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days, starting the day after you receive your goods. If you do wish to cancel your order, please email us your instructions at sales@sailfishsilverjewellery.co.uk or call us on 01759 388294. We will ask you to return the goods to us (at your cost). We will issue a refund within 30 days of cancellation. Please be sure to return items in a resaleable condition, i.e. items should be returned in their box and should not have been tried on or worn. When returning items through the post we advise you to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item we will refund the cost of returning the item to us.

Delivery:
Usual delivery within the UK is within 5-7 days. If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to keep you informed and get the product to you as soon as we can. We will email you periodically and you can of course cancel should you decide you would rather not wait. We will not charge your credit or debit card until the item is ready for despatch. Postage and Packing:
This is charged at a flat rate of £1.50 for orders in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for prices for other destinations.

If you would like to opt for the added security of postal insurance, please ask for prices.  Otherwise we send by second class post and obtain a proof of posting for our records.
